Wishlistamist (the “Service”) is a product operated by GradientD (“GradientD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility and Use

You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

2. Accounts
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account

GradientD may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or submit (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant GradientD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.
4. Group Features and Shared Content
Wishlistamist may allow shared or collaborative features. You understand that:
- Content shared with others may be visible to those users
- GradientD is not responsible for how other users use shared content
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by GradientD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission.
6. Paid Features (If Applicable)
If paid features are introduced:
- Fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed prior to purchase
- Payments will be processed by third-party providers
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions, changes, or discontinuation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GradientD from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content

GradientD may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
